위치는 하노이 구시가지에 있으니 당연히 좋은 편이고 스태프들도 친절해요. 그런데 예약 당시에 1층 객실인지 모르고 예약을 했다가 체크인하면서 봤는데 체크인 카운터 바로 옆이라 너무 시끄럽고 구조도 별로여서(화장실이 침대와 마주보고 있음;;) 객실을 바꿔달라고 했는데 흔쾌히 바꿔주셔서 좋았어요. 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않은 호텔이예요.

Policies

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged USD 5 per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
