5 km from the airport and 4km from the train station.
Our Location:
- 5 mins walking to the main beach – My Khe beach
- 1 mins walking to local restaurants and beer clubs
- 3 mins walking to convenience store
- 5 mins walking to one of Da Nang’s sky bars
- 5 mins by taxi to the Han River and Vincom Shopping Mall

Policies

Free cancelation if you cancel within 2 days. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Our policy:
1. $5 deposit for locker key & door card is required when you are checking in. This will be refunded to you while you check out and give us back locker key & door card.
2. Check in time is 1 PM and check out time is 11 AM. There is $3 charge if you check out late after our time. So to avoid it, ask our staff for leaving you stuff in our free luggage storage room after checking out.
3. No food and drink are allowed in the dorm room. Please don’t do it unless you want ants to visit you at night time.
4. All lights must turn off after 11 PM and please be quiet while everybody is sleeping. If you have an early flight in the morning, please don’t hesitate to let us know so we will book taxi for you.
5. We will clean the rooms every day, but only clean your bed upon your request. Our cleaning time is from 11AM- 1PM every day.
6. Non-smoking inside the property.
7. We accept credit card and cash payment upon arrival.
