From the moment you arrive you will be part of the Auberge family for the length of your stay and possibly for a long time afterwards. Our staff will provide you with maps and all of the information you need. We are loaded with great suggestions and ideas to help you plan each day that you are here. **Directions to our hostel from the airport:**
The quickest way for two people or more is to take a taxi. The rate is $36 for 1-2 people and it goes up in price from there.
You may also take an Uber or Lyft for around $33.
A little longer, but slightly more affordable way for a single person is to take the Airport Shuttle. This is $24 per person. You can either visit http://www.airportshuttleneworleans.com/ or find their kiosk right outside of baggage claim at the airport. Tell them you are staying at the Auberge NOLA, you may have to spell it correctly for them.
You can also take public transportation which involves the E2 bus, then the Canal Streetcar, then the St. Charles Streetcar. You will want to get off of the Streetcar on Euterpe street. Ask the driver as there is no warning. You walk on Euterpe one block north to Carondelet (also named Robert C. Blakes Sr. Drive) and you will see us on your right. This is not a good option for early morning or late departures and arrivals.
*NEW A new option has recently started. It is the 202 bus directly from the airport to the Amtrak Greyhound Megabus station. It runs 9 times per day and would drop you off at Union Station. Use the directions below to get from the station to our hostel.

Policies
Cancellation policy: We have a 72 hour cancellation policy on all reservations. If you cancel 72 hours ahead or more there is no penalty. Cancelling inside of the 72 hours will result in a charge of the first night, no exceptions. -- For certain holidays or events like Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, New Years, Superbowl's, Final Four, etc., the cancellation will increase to 14 days. Check with us to see if the event or holiday you are booking falls under the added 14 day cancellation period.
We reserve the right to charge the 1st night of your stay at any time, for the above listed holidays. If the card is declined or if the card is invalid we will contact the guest and/or Hostelworld in an attempt to correct the issue.
For all other dates we reserve the right to pre-authorize the guests card. If the card is declined, invalid, insufficient, etc, we will contact the guest and/or Hostelworld in an attempt to correct the issue.
Please note: we accept groups of up to 5 people, of your combined booking is for more than 5 people, it can be cancelled.

There is always a 2 night minimum stay for the private apartment. We also have a 2 night minimum stay, on certain holidays or events, for all dorms.
