We are in a traditional Thai / Chinese building with nice Lobby at 1st floor and Tasty teashop area. The second floor features a cozy lounge with plenty of seating and tables. We provide guitars, and self-catering facilities such as a refrigerator, boiler, toaster, microwave, and cutlery.On the rooftop, we provide plenty of seating for someone can be chilling among nice lighting This hostel has 2 mixed and female dormitories with a shared bathroom, double room with private bathroom.
You will find that we're in a unique part of Bangkok, within the Rattanakosin island area and close to both the Chao Phraya River and the many canals flowing through this 'island'. You'll see traditional Chinese / Thai families living and making a living in all the streets around us:

Mind day Hostel Khaosan is located one block away from the Krung Kasem canal which joins with the Maha Nak canal below the Golden Mountain. It gives those who seek a little walking adventure through authentic Thai neighborhoods a perfect insight of untouched Thai relaxed lifestyle within the local communities. You will be able to experience the real friendliness of the locals which so often is overshadowed by tourist scams and businesses giving many the wrong impression of true Thailand. Once at the Golden Mountain, you may also take a canal boat on an exciting journey through the center of Bangkok...the possibilities to explore around here are limitless!

5min walk from our location is the famous nightlife of Kao San Road and a little further is the Grand Palace and Wat Po (Reclining Buddha) making this a perfect location for starting day tours in any direction

Policies

For cancellations made more than 72 hours before date of arrival, guest will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Check-in
● Check-in time is 2PM. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the hostel, you can stay here to take a rest and also sleep in our Lounge area. also be able to use bathroom as normally.
● For all guests, we require some form of valid identification to be presented upon check-in, preferably a passport (foreigners) or I.D. card (locals). In case of group bookings, this identification is required from every member of the group.
● Doposite Key card 200 THB.

Check-out
● Check-out time is 11.30 AM.
● Departing guests must return room key card to the front office during check out we will give doposite 200 THB to you.

● Dormitory turn on AC 4 PM. - 11.30 AM.
