Description

With the desire to bring together the seemingly impossible, adventure and enjoyment, affordable accommodation and a fantastic location in the city center, we created Belgrade Modern Hostel.

Belgrade Modern Hostel disposes of 54 beds in 14 rooms (of witch 3 mixed dorm rooms, and 1 female dorm) completely suited for all the guests who wish to experience Belgrade in the right way. Guests can use Free Wi-Fi, common area for meeting other people, socializing and playing games, telephone, fax, computers and everything else that any adventurer or a hedonist may need.

In order to fulfill the highest standards, the Hostel has dorms with 6, 8 and 10 beds and private rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds. We have mixed and female dorms. Some of the rooms have balconies with city view. Toilets and showers are created on the model of European hostels, and they are divided into male and female cabins.

Directions

From the bus / train station:

Pedestrians (by foot) – it takes 20 min, 1,3 km distance. When leaving the station go along the Sava Square (the direction to the city center), then turn gently right into Milovan Milovanović street. At the first intersection, turn slightly left into Balkanska street. Go along the street until you reach Hotel Moskva in the Terazije square and there at the hotel from Balkanska turn right and immediately left at the first traffic light which enters you to the street Kolarčeva leading to Republic Square. At the first traffic light turn right into Makedonska street (follow the route of the trolley that enter into the street). Continue straight about 150m and you have arrived. Bravo!

From the airport:
Distance 18km.

By bus –Public transportation line 72 to the Zeleni venac(last stop).

The ticket price on the bus is 150 dinars (1,5 €), travel time approximately 30-40 min. The first regular bus departs from the airport at 05:20 am, and the last at 00h (midnight). From the Zeleni venac you can catch buses 65 or 77 of public transportation and by descending at the next first station you will find yourself at the Makedonska street. Go back for 50m and you have arrived. Bravo!

Policies

This property has a 2 days cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.


General rules

Sleeping bags are not allowed. Bed linen is included in the accommodation price per night. Food may not be consumed in the bedrooms; it is only allowed in the common room on the ground floor. Guests cannot use the hostel for any commercial purposes. Guests who have been evicted will not receive a refund. For security reasons some common areas are under video surveillance. Property left at the hostel will be disposed of after 15 days.

Night-time rules

We like our neighbors and want to mantain a good relationship with them. From 10 pm, no noise should be made in the bedrooms or corridors which might disturb other guests sleep. You may stay in the common room 24 hours a day. There is no curfew, but we ask you to not disturb others when returning to the hostel late at night.

Smoking / Weapons

Smoking is not permitted within the premises. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not receive a refund. It is prohibited to bring weapons of any kind into the hostel. Violations of the above rules will result in immediate termination of residency.
