“One of the best Hostels in the World!!!”
This hostel never fails, I've been coming here for 10 years and it still over-performs and delivers excellent value right in the heart of Lagos. Like all the reviews say, Manuela and Carlos are...
“Awesome little hostel ”
Carlos was awesome, he's very friendly, full of information and was getting me to try all kinds of different foods when he was cooking. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are all individual and big...
“The best hostel in Lagos”
Carlos and Manuela truly went above and beyind for my time here. I ended up staying for 16 nights because I loved this place so much. Right in the center of town and walking distance to everything...
Coming from Faro or Lisbon you can take either a bus or a train. They run several times a day, being even more frequent on the summer and on weekdays. Coming from the north of Portugal, you'll go to Lisbon first and then directly to Lagos.Coming from Spain: you can go to Seville and take a direct bus to Lagos. Sometimes you may get a bad info in Spain about this. Some people don't realise there is a direct bus and they will inform on alternatives which are time consuming and not necessary since you can take the bus in Seville (Plaza de Armas station). The buses to Lagos run twice a day, on a daily basis (this can vary depending on the time of the year).Flying to Faro Airport: you can take a taxi or a bus to Faro downtown where you'll find both the train and bus stations almost side by side. As mentioned above, you can use one of those to get to Lagos. The Gold Coast is close to the Lagos main public transportation, such as bus and train. About 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
