Description

Globetrotter Hostel was created with the thought of people to whom a good location and family atmosphere is essential.

The hostel is located in Warsaw city center right next to Zbawiciela Square, which is always teeming with life, and Politechnika metro station- big junction gives you easy access to any place in Warsaw.

Right next to us there is also Park Łazienki Królewskie– one of main attractions of the city. Wyzwolenia Avenue, in spite of its location in the city center, is silent and calm, which allows of comfortable stay in Warsaw. Our hostel was decorated by the work of Warsaw artists, who gave it street-art image. Moreover, we prepared for you wooden beds with beside lamps, comfortable mattresses and lockers. Fresh sheets and towels are free of charge through the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find there tea and coffee that you can drink anytime you want. In our offer there is also Wi-Fi, computers, TV set and left luggage – all free of charge.

On the reception desk, apart from maps and tourist leaflets, there is a helpful personnel waiting to help you organize your time during the stay in Warsaw. We will be happy to advice you what to see in our city or what to buy but also where to eat some good polish traditional food and have fun.

Globetrotter Hostel is a intimate place, where you enjoy a cheap stay along with high standard.

Directions

Going from Plac Zbawiciela you can find the Globetrotter Hostel on the left hand side of Aleja Wyzwolenia. Just look for the 3 rd door of the long tenement house.
There is a lift in the building on your left hand side!

from Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) airport:
#188- this bus will take you from the bus terminal at the airport to “Marszalkowska” bus stop where you need to get off. It takes about 22min

from Dworzec Centralny, the Warsaw Central railway station:
by tram:
#10 - the stop is on Al. Jana Pawla II (going through the underground from the railway station look for the direction “Mokotow”), there are 4 stops to “Metro Politechnika” tram stop.
At night the buses N37 and N81 leave from the Central Station bus terminal. Just look for the stop called “Metro Politechnika” and remember that at night buses stops only on demand.
If you want to take a walk we suggest going along Aleje Jerozolimskie and then turning right into ul. Marszalkowska Walk until you reach Plac Zbawiciela. Then you need to turn left into Aleja Wyzwolenia . The stroll takes about 20 minutes

from Warsaw West station:
by bus:
#523- from the bus stop in front of the station there are 6 stops to the 'Marszalkowska' bus stop
#182&187- there are 8 stops to the 'Marszalkowska' bus stop
When you get off just walk up the stairs and turn right. Then walk to Plac Zbawiciela and turn right.

Policies

48h cancellation policy
In order to prolong the stay, the guests must report this at the reception desk no later than 12 hours prior to the scheduled end of their stay. The hostel does not guarantee room availability.

1. The hostel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and the consumption of drugs, mind altering substances and psychotropic substances is absolutely prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the whole building (staircase) as well as by the entrance to the building. In case of any confirmed suspicions that a person smokes/smoked on the hostel premises, they will be charged with a 200 zł fine. In case they refuse to pay the mentioned fine, the receptionist or manager have the right to contact the local Police Department, Municipal Services or security.

2. Check-in is at 2 p.m. and checkout at 11 a.m. the next day. The hostel is open 24 hours.

3. Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. the guests are obliged to behave calmly and quietly on the entire premises of the hostel and its surroundings.

4. While staying at the hostel guests are obliged to respect the rules of public order and orderly conduct in the entire building and its neighborhood.

5. The Hostel is not responsible for any valuables left in rooms. All valuables may be deposited in a safe at the reception desk or lockers.

6. Guests assume full financial responsibility for any damage to hostel property.

7. We do not accommodate stag parties, groups of football supporters and groups of labor unions.

8. Bed is for one person only. Guests are obliged to use linen. Sleeping bags are not allowed.

9. We do not accept pets at the hostel premises.
