Description

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO RECEPTION IN OUR HOSTEL.

We are located in the very center of Warsaw, right next to the side entrance to Warsaw University. Most of Warsaw's tourist attractions, as well as bars, restaurants and clubs are situated in the walking distance from Fest Hostel.

If you already know that you will reach Warsaw after 10 pm please consider booking another place with 24h reception. However, if you really want to stay with us please contact us before you book to arrange a late check in.

Staff is in the hostel every day from 8 a.m. till +/- midday, later we come for check-ins and when we are needed, that is why YOU HAVE TO LET US KNOW THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL, so we can come to the hostel to check you in. AFTER YOU BOOK JUST WRITE E-MAIL TO US or we will contact you before your arrival to ask about details. When filling in the Hostelworld reservation form, please select possible arrival time and provide us your mobile phone number as well, just in case.

IN CASE OF ANY DELAYS / CHANGES / UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE ALSO LET US KNOW (E-MAIL, TEXT MESSAGE, PHONE CALL).

Early or late check-in is possible only after prior arrangement.

We accept cards but we prefer cash payments.
Excellent breakfast is included. (8.30am - 10.30am)

Directions

From Chopin Airport you need to take the bus № 175 and go to “UNIWERSYTET*” bus stop. Ride should take +/- 45 minutes. Do not leave the bus at “UNIWERSYTET MEDYCZNY” stop. Taxi from the Chopin Airport should costs about 35- 40 PLN.

From Modlin Airport. You can take a shuttle bus www.modlinbus.pl to the Warsaw Centre – Palace of Culture. From there you can take a walk to the hostel, it takes +/- 15 minutes or take M2 (red) underground line at station Świętokrzyska and go one stop to Nowy Świat - Uniwersytet stop (direction Dw. Wileński). From Modlin Airport you can also take free bus to Modlin train station, from there take a train to Warsaw Central Station (directions below). Taxi from Modlin Airport to Fest Hostel should cost about 150-180 pln. You can ask some other people to share it. After 10 pm they charge more (night tariff).

From Warsaw Central Railway Station – Find the bus stop DW.CENTRALNY 01, it is right next to the Marriott Hotel. After leaving the Central Station cross Aleje Jerozolimskie street using underpass, bus stop is near to ROSSMANN drugstore. Take the bus № 175 or № 128. and get off on the bus stop “UNIWERSYTET*”. Taxi should be 35-40 PLN.

From Metro Młociny or Wilanowska (Polski Bus Stations) – take the underground to the “ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKA” stop then swap to the M2 (red) metro line and go one stop to “NOWY ŚWIAT – UNIWERSYTET” (direction Dw. Wileński), later walk 5 min to hostel.

Policies

You can cancel your booking with no-charge up to 48 hours before the date of arrival. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the date of arrival will be charged the first night’s reservation.

There is no reception in Fest Hostel. Check-in is only possible when we know your approximately arriving time so we can come and wait for you in the hostel. Please provide us with this information by phone +48 506 285 286 or via e-mail: info@festhostel.pl
