Description

Our hostel offers 8 rooms at can hold 22 people in total. With 3 shared dorms (4 persons per room in 2 twins bunk bed) with shared or private bathrooms, and 5 Double rooms (1 or 2 people in a queen bed) with private bathrooms, ceiling fan, air conditioner for $10 dollars fee. Linens and towels are included. Also, we provide soap and shampoo. We count with a full equip kitchen where the guests can prepare their own meal, entertainment room with Cable TV, free WiFi, maid service daily. We also have a laundry service available for an extra fee

Check in from 11:00 to 19:00.
Check out from 11:00 to 12:00 .

Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival.

We are located a just a block and half West from Colegio Saleciano. Very close to the Fortaleza la Polvora, one of the most important point of attraction in the of Granada.

Driving Directions: If you're coming from Airport Agusto Cesar Sandino. when entering to Granada at stop light on interstate #4 you'll see 2 Gas stations, turn right and drive 500 meter you'll find the main street Calle Real Xalteva continue 1 more block at the corner turn right and drive 350 m at right hand side you'll see a gray and white balcony building. Policies

Cancellation Policies: customers will be responsible in the event of cancellation or no shows (failure to arrive).The full payment of one night will be charge. Although provide credit card guarantees for all reservations for deposit prior to arrival.

We accept reservation for groups with 2 weeks in advance with a deposit of 10%. Maximum of 20 people with break fast requested in advance.
