The airport known as Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, Firefly is the only airline available at the moment, ply along Singapore – Ipoh. Get faster access to Ipoh from Singapore, which only takes around 40 – 50 minutes.

Major nearby express bus services to main station Amanjaya Bus Terminal (Meru) Ipoh from Kuala Lumpur and Butterworth. (Per bus ticket fare from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur approximately Rm17.40 and Ipoh to Butterworth approximately Rm17.60)
By Railway
Express train ply along the Kuala Lumpur – Ipoh – Butterworth (Penang) route. (Price from Kuala Lumpur railway station to Ipoh approximately the range of Rm22.00 – Rm40.00 per ticket and Butterworth (Penang) railway station to Ipoh approximately the range of Rm21.00 – Rm38.00 per ticket)
Policies
If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night's room rate and tax will be charged. In the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Effective September 1st 2017, under the gazetted Tourism Tax Act 2017, all non Malaysian hotel guests will be levied a Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room per night. The amount is not included in the booked room price and will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel. (Except for Dorm booking)
