The Bandra Railway station is about 1.8kms and a quick rickshaw ride, which connects you to the entire Mumbai city and beyond.
Pali hill Bandra west is incredibly accessible by virtually every mode of transport. You're never too far away from the other parts of the city, or the major transport hubs. The hostel is located 20 mins from Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport and 17 mins from Mumbai domestic Airport and 15 mins walk from Bandra train station.
