Located less then 3 minutes walk from the center of the up-and-coming Florentine neighborhood of Tel Aviv and 10-15 minutes walk from many other attractions (beach, train station and central bus station, old jaffa, and center of town) . We have a small number of rooms, including two dormitories, keeping the atmosphere here personal and friendly. Directions and how to get:• * From Ben Gurion Airport:• * Either take a taxi straight to us (160 shekels- take the airport taxi they are well organised) or Take the Train• - By Train - Take a Train (bus isn't a good option) to Tel Aviv central bus station (“Ha-Hagana' train station- which is very close to the central bus station).• (15 shekel ride)• The hostel is 15 min walk from central bus station and about 20 min from the Hagana train station. • - Taxi from the train station - should be around 25 shekels to us (make sure the driver knows where it is since it is a new hostel) • - Walk - However! if you intend to walk you can take the shortest walk which is less interesting. Or the 5 minutes longer walk! Which is more interesting and passes through the spice market and the Florentine Street. So if you don't have big luggage and you don't mind walking. Take the interesting way.• * Very Important - At night time both ways look a bit dark at some points of the way, however Israel is a very safe place and Tel Aviv itself is a super safe place so there is no problems walking anywhere anytime and you can be safe with yourself or just take a taxi if you feel uncomfortable.• - Short way (not interesting): find Salame (Shalame, Shlomo, it has different names!) street which is at the back street of the central bus station, and just walk straight (west- to the beach direction) until Elifelet Street crosses you on the right! Turn right on Elifelet, walk 100 meters to Elifelet 10 (we have a red wooden door with a small sign and number 10 on it, or look for two blue lights of our intercom) • - Longer way is to walk through Levinski Street (west-toward the beach, which turns into the spice market at a certain point of it) until Hertzel Street. Turn left (south) on Hertzel and walk until Florentine Street. Turn right to Florentine, and walk through all of Florentine Street till it ends. Then continue straight through the alley till you get to Elifelet Street (next to the dogs garden) and then turn left, walk 20 meters and you find our wooden red door with # 10 on it.• - Bus from central bus station - If you arrive during the day you can also take the Bus! Take bus number 41 from 7th floor at the central bus station and ask the driver to drop you off at the closest station to Elifelet Street.( ask him for directions...they are usually nice and like to help). Also, from Har Tzion Avenue ( close to central bus station) bus number 42 will drop you off at the corner of Salame( Solomon) street and Elifelet Street.
