Woolacombe also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. Woolacombe Beach lies between Morte Point and Baggy Point. This three-mile long stretch of golden sand is renowned for it’s cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Life guards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water.

Direction to The Beach House

Head northwest on Exeter Rd/A361 toward South St, At Mullacott Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B3343, drive down the hill on Beach Road (B3343) turn left on West road (right after the Tides inn Pub) then left on Barton Road and left again on Mill Lane. Our car park is on your left facing the Church car park. See link to map below for more details

Booking and cancellation

There will be no refund for cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in date.
Large groups can cancel up to 30 days prior to their arrival for a full refund of their deposit. When cancelling within the 30 days prior to your arrival deposit will be lost
The Beach House reserves the right to cancel any reservation in which case a full refund will be provided

Any extension of your stay will have to be paid in full at the time of the check out.
All rates are VAT inclusive.
Any special rates advertised on websites or in other ways are always subject to availability.
All rates are on bed basis, all rooms are shared except for the Twin Double which is a rate for the room
A continental breakfast is available at an extra charge of £ 3 per person. Breakfast is served at 09h00 am
All personal information including name, contact number & email address is used solely for The Beach House and will not be disclosed outside of The Beach House.
