This place cancelled our stay that we had booked a month previous with only a week to spare. Trying to find somewhere else suitable in summer in london is insane. This place is a complete joke, not...

Beds had something crawling on them . One walked over my face during the night. No curtains around the bed for privacy even though we were told they would be put on . Don’t be fooled by the photos...

i slept 10 hours in a mixed 12-people room so the bed was great :) the showers also clean, big and you can choose the temperature. a lot of options to eat in the evening. very friendly hosts. for €24...

Getting to the hostel from New cross station

Start out along New Cross Road/A2, heading east. You will eventually pass ADDEY & STANHOPE SCHOOL, after 1 minute walk Tanners Hill will be on the right hand side. We are located 150 meters on the right hand side from Tanners Hill.
It is a large Brown building on the corner that has Venture Hostels logo on the outside.

Gatwick airport:
From Gatwick airport, catch the National Rail from Gatwick station to London Bridge station. From here take the train to New Cross station (4 minutes). Start out along new cross Road/A2, heading east. You will eventually pass ADDEY & STANHOPE SCHOOL, after 1 minute walk Tanners Hill will be on the right hand side.

Alternatively, catch the National Rail service to New Cross Gate. Then take Bus 453 or Bus 177 to Deptford High Street. Get off the bus and cross to the other side of the road, enter Tanners Hill Street.
We are located 150 meters on the right hand side from Tanners Hill. It is a large Brown building on the corner that has Venture Hostels logo on the outside.

Heathrow airport:
Get the Piccadilly Line and change at Green Park station; from here catch the Jubilee line to London Bridge station. Take a train to New Cross (4 minutes).

Policies

Customers can cancel their reservation at anytime, the first night is charged at the time of booking and it's non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival and No Shows can occur the full payment so please advise us if you won't be able to use your booking.
