Description

We have 6 unique equipped apartments and a small studio. Two apartments have small terraces inside of the patio, two others have private balconies and sea view. We have low cost apartments - one with sea view, the other much cheaper without (facing the rural land road). The small studio also faces the land road and has sea view.
All of our accommodations have flat tv with more than 500 tv channels (from Spain, Germany, UK, USA, France, Italy, Portugal, China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Greece, Poland, Rumania, Chech Republic, Ukraine, Russia and a lot more).
Our beautiful roof terrace has amazing views over the Atlantic ocean and to the mountains nearby. This is the place where everybody could enjoy the sunny days or the stars at night.
The city centre of the small city of Icod de los Vinos is only 800 metres down the road. There you will find very nice historical buildings as churches, monasteries and manour houses. The big central plaza is a place to enjoy a cup of good red or white vine of the area of Icod de los Vinos.
The local beach is only 4 kilometres away from our house. At the beach you will find a lot of bars and restaurants.
Icod de los Vinos is far away from the tourists hot spots of Tenerife. Only in the mornings and afternoons you'll see sight-seeing busses for people who want to visit the famous "Dragon tree" of Icod de los Vinos (which is only 800 metres away from our house).
Come and enjoy the typical atmosphere of a traditional Canarian location.

Directions

Arriving at the Southern airport of Tenerife (aeropuerto sur Reina Sofia, TFS) please enter the southern motorway (TF-1, autopista sur) towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Before reaching Santa Cruz leave the TF-1 at the exit number 6 to La Laguna/Aeropuerto Norte (TF-2). At the end of the TF-2 please use the left lane to the TF-5 (autopista norte in direction Puerto de la Cruz).

If you arrive at the Nothern airport of Tenerife (aeropuerto norte Los Rodeos, TFN) please enter the nothern motorway (TF-5) towards Puerto de la Cruz (NOT towards Santa Cruz!).

The motorway ends at Los Realejos. Please follow the main road (TF-5) at the left lane up to the traffic circle where you have the decision of "El Tanque" and "Icod de los Vinos". Please follow the way to El Tanque. You will enter an expressway after the traffic circle. Please take the first exit to Icod de los Vinos. At the following traffic circle take the way to Icod de los Vinos. After some curves you will see at the right side the Restaurant "Los Faroles". The street now makes a sharp right curve - don't take it but turn left into a small street. At the end of this street you will find our house. You can park in this street at the wall.
If you arrive by bus you should take a taxi from the main bus station to our house.

Policies

As a small house like ours we have a very strict cancellation policy. Once a payment to us is done and the apartment is reserved for you, a refund will not be possible (we only offer changes of dates).

Check-in: from 16:00-21:00h (or after consultation in advance)
Check-our: until 11:00h (or after consultation in advance - depending on availability)
6 of 7 accommodations for 2 persons, 1 for 3 persons. We don't accept bookings for more than 2 apartments from the same reservation.
