Description

The hostel is designed as a 1930's tailor shop, a vintage and industrial decoration furnished with old and typical tailor shop objects from different places of the world.
The new Tailor’s Property is located in Barcelona downtown, in Sant Antoni, one of the oldest and most popular neighborhoods in the Eixample district. Walking to the major sights is extremely easy from the property, Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla is around 10 to 15 minutes walk away, and it takes a similar length of time to reach the emblematic Gaudi Buildings.
Around us, you will find some of the best places to go out, with all the traditional and coolest bars, clubs and restaurants. It’s just steps from MACBA (contemporary art museum), Sant Antoni market and 2 minutes walk from Aerobus stop (bus service that connects the Airport with the center of Barcelona) and 3 main Metro stations, Urgell (L1), Sant Antoni (L2) and Universitat (L2).
In our property you can connect with the outside world with our free Wi-fi and feel at home hanging out in our big lounge, enjoying the sunshine in our sunny terrace, cooking your own meal at the fully equipped kitchen, playing pool in our games room or just make new friends and share some beers with your friends.

Directions

From Airport by bus:

As you Exit the airport take the Aerobus A1 if you are in Terminal 1 or the Aerobus A2 if you are in Terminal 2 towards Placa Catalunya City Center. Get off the bus at Gran via Urgell Station. With the Bus station on your left continue straight until your rich the first street on your right Carrer Compte Urgell. Make a right hand turn on this street and then the first street on your left until you find the number 146 Carrer de Sepulveda.

From Airport by train:

From Terminal 2-B take the train R2Nord to Catalunya station. Once in Catalunya Satation take Metro L1 (red Line) towards Hospital de Bellvitge direction. Get off in Urgell station (2 stops) and take the Carrer Villarroel exit. From the Metro exit , with the metro station on your left, walk along and turn right onto the first street Carrer Villarroel and then first street on the left until you find the number 146 Carrer de Sepulveda.

Policies

We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of one night's accommodation, with no exception.

Please note that we don't permit guests older than 40 years of age.

- Arriving after 17:00H (5pm), we recommend that you email us your estimated arrival time to ensure we can facilitate your check-in.
- Check-out time: 11:00 H
- Breakfast not included.
- City Taxes not included (0.75 EUR per person/night).
- For reservacions only for one night we chargethe price of sheets and blanckets.
- This property is a non-smoking premises.
- Towels rent for €3.
- In one-night bookings there is a charge of 3€ in sheets and blankets. Free bed linen for 2 or more nights stay.
- Baggage store after check out 3€ -5€.
- There is a deposit of 5€ for each key at check in.
Bookings for the new year will charged all amount of the reservacion in the case of no show or late canceling , from 28th december we don,t accept cancelacions for the new year .
