La Flor de Gaudí Park Güell is only a 5 minute walk to both Park Güell and Gracia, a bohemian neighborhood popular with artists and musicians. Set in a townhouse built in 1925 on the site of a former monastery, it was completely renovated in 2013.

Like our sister property in l’Eixample, it’s a great place for travelers looking to get a taste of how the locals live in Barcelona. And we should know. We grew up here. When you stay with us, it’s like being a guest in our home.

Our townhouse is very relaxed and informal. Everything here is brand new. It gets lots of sun and offers breathtaking views of the city.

As locals, we enjoy providing recommendations on the best our city has to offer, especially when it comes to Barcelona’s history and culture for which we have great passion. And since we are naturally curious people, we can share insider tips on a wide range of things that cater to your unique interests, both on and off the beaten path…and show you best way to get there.

Since we love spending time with our guests, we have free activities every week including a walking tour of the Gothic quarter, Catalan cooking lessons, an excursion to a nearby flamenco show and many other activities that change depending on what interesting things are going on in our majestic city that week.

We stayed at Factory Hostels for 3 nights at the beginning of May and are both very satisfied with our stay. Each bed has a black curtain which allows some privacy and makes it easy to sleep well...
