Policies

Since we had some major troubles in the first year with a large group booking never showing up that almost forced us to close we are charging cancellations depending on the period prior to the approach.

For groups:
Free cancellation until 8 weeks prior to approach
55 to 30 days prior to arrival we charge 35% of the total
29 to 14 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total
13 to 7 days prior to arrival we charge 75% of the total
6 to 2 days prior to arrival we charge 90% of the total
within 24 hours prior to arrival we charge 100 % of the total

For individual travellers
5 weeks prior to the arrival cancellation is free
up to 30 days before arrival we charge 20% of the total
29 to 21 days before arrival we charge 35% of the total
20 to 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total
13 to 2 days before arrival we charge 75% of the total
within 24 hours before arrival we charge 100 % of the total


We don´t have a 24 hour desk to create a fair work-life-balance for our team.
Please be aware that the common rooms will be closed after 10pm.
Of course you can use the billard, pingpong rooms and the outer area, it´s furnished and we´re working on open common rooms for every single minute of the day.
We generally trust our guests but have made some special experience in the last ten years.
To avoid any circumstances our guests pay cash at arrival and receive a key for free access to the house and their room.
We don´t mix genders and keep up the idea of privacy. Come check it out, we work hard on the ideal of a hostel.
