Directions

By Car: From the north: A 52 Exit center(Bilk)/rheinkniebrücke straight ahaid (herzogstrasse) at the end turn right in the the huettenstrasse.
By public Transport: from the mainstation take the tram 707, 708 or the bus 725. get off at helmholtzstrasse, the next crossing is huettenstrasse, then turn left.

Policies

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival (local time). After that that have to pay 50% of the whole amount.

Check in from 14:00 on, Check out between 11:00 and 12:00.
Cash payment at the arrival only.
Age policy: underagers only with agreement of the parents.
Groups: no stag nights, no hen parties
The reception is not under permanent service, so please let me know, when you arrive, especially when it's later than 7 p.m.
