Description

Casa Verde Limón, built in 1925, was recently restored and decorated by the artist Ximena Urra. It is located in a great central location, in Subida Cumming, at the foot of Cerro Alegre and Concepcion. The property is close to restaurants, bars, Victoria railway, Ex-carcel Cultural Center and only 2 blocks from downtown.
Also we offer Spanish-Art Classes and the possibility to participate in public art in Valparaiso streets.

We have double, triple, twin and single rooms and 6 bed dormitory rooms, all with comfortable beds and shared bathrooms. Also, we have a double room with private bathroom and kitchen and 1 apartment with sea view (doublé room and 2 twin beds).

If you looking for privacy. We have another building 80 meters form Casa Verde Limon called Casa Violeta Limón. The building has 11 furnished apartments/lofts with bathroom and kitchen . Each one having a different design inspired by Asian deities. We have: 3 apartments for 4 people and 8 lofts for 1-2 persons.

The Reception is open from 8:15 to 23:00 hrs., at 198 Cumming Street.

Directions

From the bus terminal take a taxi to Calle Cumming 198 (Plaza El Descanso), a taxi costs about 8 US$ (CLP$ 4,000)

By bus: Walk out of the terminal and take any bus (micro), pay a local ticket 0.50 US$ (around CLP$ 250) and get off at Lider Supermarket. Continue walking one block by Intendencia Plaza, until you find Anibal Pinto Monument, then go uphill 2 blocks by Cumming Street until you reach Plaza El Descanso.

Policies

must be made at least 48 hours in advance or it will be charged the price of one night.
Booking fee is no refundable.


Payment:

Payment is on arrival time an in cash or credit card. We accept CLP, USD or Euro.
We request payment at least one night in advance.
Foreing currency payments will be determined according to the daily exchange rate.
In case of arrivals before to open schedule 8:15 h, it will be charge the price of an additional night.

Responsibilities:

The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen articles under any condition or circumstances.
The hostel is not responsible for guest accidents by using trapeze and fabric. The guests can use them under his own responsibility.
Hostel Rules:

Check-in is at 16 h. If you arrive before, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room.
Check-out is at 12 h. After this hour it will charge an additional night price.
At check-out you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, and pick it up until 22:30 h.
Hand in the room keys at check-out. In the case of lost keys there is a charge of CLP$3.000.
If you check-out before 8 h, please let us know the night before.
Breakfast is not included. Free coffee and tea available.
Kitchen use: when finished, wash, dry and put away everything. Put your name and check out date on your food. Food without name and/or check out date will be put in the "Free Food" locker.
Only "Registered Visitors" are allowed in the Hostel until 22 h .If you want to
