Policies
Reservation must be cancelled 3 days before the arrival date. If not, the guest will be responsible to pay the entire amount of the stay.
No deposit required. However, guests will be charged if any damages occur on site.
We strongly recommand guests to take a travel insurance to deal with such unfortunate situations.
*Domaine Baie Mud is an oasis of relaxation focusing on natural health, well-being and the protection of the environment. In order to respect these objectives, as well as the liberty of each individual on the site, we recommend our guests to enjoy their stay quietly and peacefully.
**Please ask permission to Domaine Baie Mud if you wish to have your children accompanying you.
For the respect of the environment, the fauna and the flora, and for the quiet enjoyment policy, no cell phone can be used outside of the apartment. We also have a non smoking policy on the entire site.
The park is at your disposal in its entirety. You can wander around without hesitation and even give your classes or workshops outside when the weather is fair while admiring nature.
Nevertheless, you must also take care of the site:
By respecting the fauna, the flora and other visitors. It is for these reasons that you may not smoke in the cottages or on the site. Hunting is also not permitted, except by means of photos.
You will be asked to respect the rest of others by turning your cell phones off.
To wander the grounds in silence.
For your health and well being, It is recommanded to consume healthy and organic foods, without alcohol, except for pre-approved special occasions.
Drugs are not permitted with the risk of being forced to leave the site without reimbursement.
