I stayed at Iguassu Do Iguazu for 2 nights in April 2018. I arrived late at night and was easily able to find the hostel from the bus station (about 500m) - there are signs on the street to guide...

So close to the bus station that you need for the Brazillian side of the waterfalls very easy. Do buy a waterproof cover for your phone from the guy at the bus stop... We didn't and instantly...
Iguassu Guest House is only 2 blocks from the Terminal Touristc Urban (TTU). Near from banks, bars,restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and shops.
