Policies

All the cancellations must be done through our Booking Desk, by e-mail hostelsbambu@gmail.com or telephone +55 (45)3523-3646. The process will be done following the policy below:

For cancellations before 72 hours it won't be charged;
It will be charged 30% of the first night for cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the check-in;
It will be charged 50% of the first night for cancellations less than 24 hours before the check-in.

If the guest(s) do not arrive at the hostel by midnight (UTC-3) of the check-in day, we will understand as "No show" - the booking will be cancelled and the credit card will be charged for the first night.
