The hostel Casa Terra is located right in the middle of the famous Joaquina beach, known for its surfing championships and clubbing, as well as the forró (typical Brazilian dance) and its many bars and restaurants. At the other opposite, less than 7 km along the sand, the beach of Campeche is with crystal clear waters and must-visit for anyone coming to the Magic Island in search of nature.
We, in the middle of this paradise, we have a more private beach in front of the house. Even in high summer, you can stay in relaxing peace here in Rio Tavares, how is known our beach or choose to walk to one of two directions to meet more people
At the corner of our street 500 meters from the hostel, we have the little market Vila Cruz which also features a snack bar with fair prices and hi level quality. In addition, the Naskyna organic food restaurant right next door, the Mexican Real Taco, and Inside Corner, kind of bar, which often promote nocturnal ballads.
And if you want more movement and options, like suvenirs shops, bars and nightlife, we are only 4 km from the beautiful Lagoa da Conceição, where is the bus station terminal that also can take you for all parts of the island.
