Directions
Most of times you will arrive in Campo Grande, then you must let us know, we can book the transfer to Bonito. It takes around 4 hours and we also can book your ticket to Pantanal and Bolívia.
Policies
1. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival day, no penalties;
2. If you cancel your reservation from 29 to 7 days before arrival day, 50% penalty;
3. If you cancel your reservation up to 6 days before arrival day, the full amount will be charged.
Please, respect the rules. If you are bothered with the loud music or about the noise, let us know. We will help you to get your problem sorted out and book to you another hostel, don't worry.
