Policies

1. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival day, no penalty;
2. Cancellations from 30 days up to 15 days prior to the arrival day, 50% of the total reservation amount penalty;
3. Cancellations from 15 days up to the arrival day, the full amount will be charged.
