ROOMS
Hotel "Chateau" has 14 Economy Double rooms, 28 double standard rooms, 15 deluxe double rooms, 10 family rooms, 4 junior penthouses and 3 suites. The apartments consist of a large room, children's room and two bathrooms. In the main room there is double bed, sofa bed and an option for extra single bed. The children's room is furnished with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with extra bed, TV, telephone, fridge, hairdryer and everything necessary for a pleasant mountain holiday. You can enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the deluxe rooms situated in the tower of the hotel. All the facilities in the hotel provide perfect opportunity for pleasant mountain recreation.

Directions

It is easy to find us using your standard GPS navigation. Or if you are more of an adventurer you can get to us by riding a bike, car or helicopter. When you enter the city of Bansko coming from Razlog you take the river road towards the mountain and the gondola. Once you reach the last light before the mountain and the forest, you take a left turn and go straight ahead for about 500 meters. Right at the end of the road you will see Chateau Vaptzarov on the left.
When you are in Bansko, be sure to take some time and look at the Nikola Vaptzarov Museum and the historical city center!

Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance.
Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.

Prices
The price of the accommodation includes the following:

We welcome children of all ages.

Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from noon on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us no later than 19:00 to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.
Departure
We offer our guests late check-out upon request, in other cases please be ready to leave the accommodation by 14:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure for any additional services you may have used during your stay.
