Description

Located in the heart of Cairns, you can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with a garden and free WiFi in all areas at Lazy Duck Hostel. You can socialise in the shared lounge/TV area, which has an X-Box or book an activity through the tour desk.

Lazy Duck Backpackers is a 10-minute walk from Cairns Esplanade Lagoon Pool and an 8-minute drive from Cairns International Airport. Port Douglas is a 1-hour drive away. Free airport pick-ups are available between 08:00 and 20:00.

All dormitory style accommodation features air-conditioning, garden views and linen supplied. It has access to shared bathroom facilities.

Free breakfast is provided every morning, which includes breads, cereals and tea/coffee. Pancakes are provided on Sundays. There are a variety of events held by the hostel, including Free Pizza Wednesdays, BBQs, trivia nights and movie nights.

There are a variety of restaurants, shops and bars just 5 minutes' walk from the Lazy Duck Hostel.

Directions

From the GREYHOUND stop on the Esplanade head right until you reach Aplin St.
Turn Left onto Aplin St and head down about 100-150m till you get to the cross junction of Aplin St and Grafton St.
Turn right on to Grafton st and we are located on the right 30 metres up.

Free tranfers to Lazy duck from Airport in Bay 6.
