We are located in the Mendoza downtown - two blocks from the main avenue San Martin. We are a few blocks from the pedestrian street Sarmiento, Plaza Independencia, and Aristides Av. (famous for its great nightlife)

A deplorable place...dirty...smelly. The designated room smelled like sewer. The sheets are disgusting. Smell of all kinds. Cats in the hallways, smell of pee. They have no shame. Only a dirty person...

If you cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival, you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your trip, the first night will not be refundable. The service fees are reimbursed when the cancellation happens before the arrival and within a period of 48 hours of the reservation.
