This property has a 3-day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated above (see 'Things to Note' information).
HOSTEL POLICIES
A passport is required for all guests.
Do not bring food or drinks from outside into our hostel or our rooms or eat in the rooms/dorms.
Respect other guests, staff and property belonging to Lovely Jubbly Villa. You will be charged for any damage to our hostel.
No smoking in the rooms/dorms/hallways. We have designated smoking areas. $200 fine if you are caught.
Do not leave personal belongings or dry your clothes in communal areas.
Do not have sex in the dorm or public areas. Book a private room.
Aggressive, abusive, assaultive or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
Sexpats can skip off
Illegal drug users can do the same (MJ is illegal in Cambodia)
We love a good party, but we also respect our neighbours. We do enforce Quiet Hours.
Our lockers aren’t inside the dorms because we’ve all been there when that one guy decided to sort his 10 plastic bags at 5 am. Or, the drunk girl came in at 3 am and decided she needed to freshen up.
We are very proud to be a Khmer owned and operated hostel. In other words, if we don’t understand straight away, please have patience.
