Located in Anjuna, North Goa
Very close to the famous restaurants and party places like Hilltop, Larive, Sunburn.
We are located in a secluded sorrounded by fields but still very connected .

Full refund for cancellations made within 1 hour s of booking, if the check-in date is atleast 14 days away.50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.No refunds will be provided for peak season and long weekends booking.

"Our ultimate policy is that you get drunk and let out your funk! We wont be of bother, unless you use the bed of another.
1. You cannot use any other bed than the one assigned to you.
2. Check-out is at 11 am. if you wish to extent your stay, the booking must be done before 10:00.
3. No outside food and beverages allowed.
4. We aren’t that mean, we just want to go green! The A/c will be on from 10 pm to 10 am and 2 pm to 5 pm "
5. Check in from 14:00 to 23:00.
6. Check out before 11:00 noon or request for late check out (extra charge) depending on the availability.
7. Reception working hours 08:00-22:00.
8. Age Restriction. Guests should be over 18 years upto 35 year old.
6. No Smoking in Dorm Rooms.
7. No pets allowed.
