Directions:
By Car:
If arriving from the south:
on the A9, turn left when you reach the large roundabout beside the Kessock Bridge. Continue along this road and go straight on at the next 2 roundabouts. As you come downhill you will reach another roundabout, go straight on here continuing to go downhill. Keep in the left had lane. Turn left at the next roundabout and then move into the right hand lane. At the traffic lights turn right and then follow this road along the riverside until you are at the traffic lights next to Johnny Foxes Pub. Turn left and follow the road towards McDonalds and continue to follow the road round the corner to the right and then up the hill. You will pass Inverness castle on your right hand side and will reach a set of traffic lights outside the Castle Tavern. Make sure that you are in the left hand lane and continue straight on up the hill. You will now be able to see our hostel on your right hand side and the free car park entrance is slightly further up the hill on the right hand side.
By Car:
If arriving from the north on the A82:
follow the main road into Inverness. You will go over the Caledonian Canal and continue straight on this street for about 5 minutes. At all traffic lights, go straight on until you reach the set of lights just before crossing over the River Ness. At these lights you need to be in the right hand lane. Continue straight on and cross the river and head straight on towards the shops. You will see Primark on your left.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
(Please note that in order to receive a 90% refund; you must cancel prior to 12.00 noon the day before your booking is due to commence)
Group Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more before it is due to commence, we will refund 90%
If a booking is cancelled 14-20 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 50%
If a booking is cancelled 7-13 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 25%
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 0%
Please Note:
Please bring suitable photographic identification – you will need it to check-in to our hostel.
If any guest within your booking is under the age of 18 you MUST contact us before making the reservation online.
Check In/Out Procedures:
Check in is from 14.30pm, but early arrivals are welcome to store their luggage and use the hostel facilities and common areas. Please feel free to help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
If you think you may arrive later than 22:30pm, please give call us so that we may inform our night porter of your late arrival. We are open for check-in up until 02:30am. Please note, we cannot accept arrivals later than this, as the premises are locked between 02:30am and 07:00am daily.
Check out is by 10.30am on the day of your departure – please vacate the room and return the keys by this time. You are more than welcome to store your bags in our luggage storage area throughout the day, free of charge.
Accommodation:
As our accommodation is comprised of bunk-style dormitory rooms, we can only accept families with children if a whole room has been booked for sole occupancy. We cannot accommodate children in dorm rooms with other guests.
