Ang kwarto at mga paligid ng hostel ay malinis. Gusto namin ang balcony. OK ang air conditioning at thermos sa paginit ng tubig na maiinom. Laging malinis ang toilet. OK ang lokasyon. Nasa sentro...

Beautiful place, very clean! Location is very good, very close to the city center. The beds are clean and the staff is very helpful! The laundry is free so the place is perfect for backpackers...

Directions

It takes 40 minutes from Noi Bai Airport to BC Family Homestay. The best way to get BC Family Homestay is by car. On leaving Hanoi airport you will be confronted by many taxi drivers who want your business. Some of them are safe, but some will charge you too much money or take you to the wrong address…
We offer airport transfer service. All our vehicles are new, air conditioned and you will be met at the airport terminal by the driver holding up your name. Just confirm and give us the detail of your flight (your arrival time and flight number), then we will arrange everything for you.

Policies

This policy defines how to handle cancellations
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


1. Check-in & check-out
- BC Family Homestay check-out time is 11:30 noon and check-in time is 14:00. (Cleaning time is 11:30 – 14:00)
- Based on Reception business hour, 08:00 ~ 22:00 in Vietnam Standard Time. Late night arrivals are welcome, please contact us in advance via emai. If you do not show up before 22:00 without informing us, we consider the guest as NO SHOW and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in that case.
- Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability with the following charges:
 Early check-in before 06:00 or late check-out after 20:00 will be applied one night room charge of the check-in / check-out night.
 Early check-in between 06:00 – 10:00 or late check-out up to 20:00 will be applied 50% room charge of the check-in / check-out night.
 Early check-in between 10:00 – 14:00 or late check-out up to 16:00 will be applied 30% room charge of the check-in / check-out night.

2. Children policy: All children are welcome.
 FREE! One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
 One child from 6 to 12 years is charged USD $4/person/night when using existing beds.
 One older child or adult is charged USD $8/person/night with an extra bed.
 Note: The maximum number of extra beds in a room is two.
