The Sistine Chapel is reachable in 25mins by metro B ride plus switching for the A line in Termini station.

Directions

From Termini Station:
take Metro line 'B' (heading towards Laurentina) the 6th stop is Basilica San Paolo, get out here - notice - on 'via G. Gozzi' side, now that you're out the metro, take a left and turn right soon on viale 'G. Imperatore', pass via 'G. Chiabrera' and turn right at viale Leonardo da Vinci. . You'll find the property Rome on the left at #223
[approximately 13 minutes]

From 'Intercontinental Airport: FCO' or Rome Airport Leonardo Da Vinci :
take the first available train to 'Ostiense' station (This is the same direction to 'Termini' station). Enter 'Ostiense' station and take the 'Metro line: 'B' (heading towards Laurentina) the 2nd stop is Basilica San Paolo, get out here - notice - on 'via G. Gozzi' side, now that you're out the metro, take a left and turn right soon on viale 'G. Imperatore', pass through via 'G. Chiabrera' and turn right at viale Leonardo da Vinci. . You'll find the property Rome on the left at #223.

From Ciampino International Airport:

There are 2 ways:
1: Take bus Terravision [4euros] all the way to Termini station and then follow as above! [approximately 1 hour]

Or:
2: From Ciampino International Airport take bus Cotral [1.2euro] to the Metro A 'Anagnina' [1.2euro]then hop on the first available Metro all the way to Termini station! [approximately 1 hour]

Night Bus: N2 replace the 'B line' all night from 11pm to 5:30am
