Policies
If you cancel any nights of your reservation 24h prior your arrival, we will be able to refund 50% of the deposit you made.
If you cancel any nights of your reservation less than 24h prior your arrival, no refund will be given.
In the event of a no-show without 24 hours' notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable in the event of canceling any individual nights without the 24 hours' notice of cancellation,
Check out is at 13h00, no matter what time you arrive. If you stay longer, you’ll be charged an extra night.
Arrrivals before 6am is consider a complete night and you’ll be charge full price.
Please avoid leaving valuable items in the room. We don’t take responsibility for any loss. Ask for our safe deposit box.
Visitors are only allowed in our living room, not in the rooms nor in the pool area.
It’s not allowed to smoke inside the rooms and other closed areas.
Please be considered to other guest and avoid disturbing noises.
It’s not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages to the hostel.We have a bar and we sell alcohol at a convenience price, so please do not bring it from outside.
Drugs are bad and they not allowed in the hostel. If you use them, you might end up in prison, and trust us… you do not want to spend a day in an Ecuadorian prison.
The administration reserves the right to end the lodging agreement if there is any irregularity, in such case, no refund will be given.
