Policies
You may cancel a pending reservation request (not yet confirmed by a restaurant) at any time without penalty. Once your reservation is confirmed, however, you must cancel through the e-mail at least 12 hours before your start time to avoid being charged a late cancellation or missed reservation fee. Exceptions may be made for reservations booked less than 2 hours before start time.
Late cancellations and missed reservations hurt our hostel parntners, so we strongly encourage you to cancel your reservation to give the hostel as much notice as possible if you can't keep your reservation.
